   SignFactory was very helpful in matching some letters I got from a big box store & couldn’t find again locally or online. Not an exact match, of course, but close enough so they blend well with my other letters. Thank you for the excellent customer service & quick delivery after we agreed on the letters!

   My letters came smaller than I was expecting and took longer to arrive than I had expected as well. But the quality of the letters are very nice.

   More than once,I have asked the folks at Sign Factory to do a custom job for me, with an unusual font. This time, as usual, they came through with a great response time and quick shipping. I always appreciate their customer service. The quality of the letters is great as well--beautiful, crisp laser cuts that look great. Thanks again!

    LOVED LOVED my letters. The choice of font was great. The cut is really superb. My ONLY wish is that I could control the width a bit. The letters were wider than I wanted.
    
    Very pleased...will spread the word!!
